For first-time purchases, Sundays offers a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. Within 14 days of delivery, simply email us at woof@sundaysfordogs.com with details and we will help cancel your subscription and issue a refund for your first shipment.
No refunds will be given for any unwanted orders received after your first order, unless they have been shipped to you in error.
If you wish to change your subscription, you must make the edit at least 24 hours before the order processes. After the order processes, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel and refund the order.
We send an email 48 hours before your renewal to keep you informed and let you know that your order will be on its way soon. You must contact our team within those two days in order to receive a refund. We’re unable to refund any unwanted renewals that are not canceled within that 48 hour period.
Cancellation of a subscription does not cancel any processing orders. You must reach out to our team to have a processing order canceled.
For repeat or subscription customers, due to stringent quality control measures at our shipping facilities, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you donate the unwanted shipment to a rescue or shelter and provide us with proof of donation, our Sharing Sundays Program will refund you 50% of the order. This is only applicable to your most recent order. We cannot offer refunds for donated orders more than one month old.
Refusals of delivery without explicit permission from our team goes against our protocol. Unwarranted refusals will not receive a refund. Management of subscriptions is the customer’s full responsibility. Sundays is not responsible for the management or creation of multiple subscriptions, accounts created with multiple email addresses, or email addresses with typos.
